Too few people commit radically to change something for society or environment, but the number of those interested in personal health and wellness is a lot higher. The latter category is the most important because it probably represents a majority, and these consumers should be interested in saving money and promoting good health by purchasing high-quality environmental products at low rates. We do not know whether the green and not-so-green products won’t hit the supermarket shelves in the very near futur.
